With over 8+ years of grooming experience and 5 years of bathing experience, Lydia truly knows her dogs. She is currently learning to groom cats too!

"Hello Everyone! My name is Lydia! I've been a groomer for about 8+ years. I bathed for about 5 years before that. I learned how to properly clean and dry an animal before I started learning the art and techniques of cutting their fur. In the times of being a bather, I learned to watch and understand how an animal might react to the water and dryer. Using this learned trait allows me to try an keep the pets as relaxed and as safe as possible as I work with them. I try my best to achieve the look that is desired by the pet parent and if the look is not achievable, then I will explain this and try to offer other options.

A little about me: I am a married lady and a mom. I have a crazy boy who loves to keep me on my toes. I also have a wonderful husband who stands beside me and helps when he can. I am a crazy cat lady with cats that range from  senior to very young. My favorite dog breeds are Schnauzers and Poodles. However, I am always willing to take on a new challenge. Slowly I've been working up the courage to groom cats!"

Vanessa graduated from Kirkwood College from their Groomer education program. She has 2+ years experience and looking forward to learning much more.

"Hi! I'm Vanessa, and I've been happily grooming pets since May 2024. I've always loved animals — there’s not a single moment in my life I can look back on without a pet by my side. I discovered a true passion in pet grooming; it started as a pit stop on my journey to becoming a vet, but now I can’t imagine doing anything else with my life.

My absolute favorite part of the groom is the big reveal — that magical moment when I step back, admire the transformation, and snap the cutest picture to send home to proud pet parents.

I share my home with two wonderful (and occasionally maddening) dogs who’ve helped shape my love and understanding of pets of all kinds. As a groomer, I consider myself personable, polite, and cheerful. I genuinely enjoy connecting with my clients, both human and animal — whether I’m chatting with pet parents about their day or building a bond with the pets on my table as I help them feel like their best selves.

Hearing your stories and being trusted with your pet’s care means the world to me. My goal is always to make every groom a safe, comfortable, and positive experience full of tail wags.
